As the Chair of Delphos International Ltd, she spearheads government relations for the firm, contributes to its strategic direction, builds and manages client relationships, and promotes the firm's brand as a leading one-stop shop for financial solutions. She utilizes her diplomatic skills and extensive network to explore new opportunities for collaboration and advocates for securing resources for impactful projects in emerging and frontier markets, focusing on the development of sustainable and diversified supply chains that align with global foreign policy objectives.

During her time as Ambassador of Afghanistan to the United States, she successfully secured waivers that preserved over $2 billion in development budget allocations for Afghanistan. She also established the US-Afghanistan Business Initiative to foster stronger economic ties between the two nations.

In her role as Ambassador to Indonesia and ASEAN, she established the Afghan-Indonesian Business Council, organized business trade missions, facilitated multiple agreements between Afghanistan, Indonesia, and Singapore, and worked on establishing banking correspondences between Afghanistan and Indonesia to strengthen economic ties.
